Timothy is continually sought after for business development due to his tenacious and fiery personality. He has the billion dollar rolodex, a heart of gold and an endless amount of opportunity. Timothy was a man after his own development and dynasty until one day a mentor shared his words of wisdom. Timothy's mentor told him “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” He was sent into frenzy over night Timothy was revamped and redirected with a new purpose.
“You are only as big as the people that surround you”
Being mentored by greatness, Timothy saw the vision big and bright so he hit the sky flying. Today he has had the joy of helping tens of thousands of people. Bringing a message of grounded strength with explosive growth, Timothy has helped crowds spanning the world.
Timothy’s energy and perseverance for a “Grounded” life has catapulted his desire to manifest the morals and ethics of the most developed leaders and advanced thinkers of the world. Grounded is his inspiration to create significance in the lives that he touches. He helps people
define a fulfilled, controlled and passionate life.
Understanding a greater reasoning for life, Timothy pressed himself forward, becoming a karate instructor at age twelve. He followed that with weight training, football and bodybuilding. By sixteen he was in the network marketing industry. Having a drive to change generational direction , Timothy pursued a career in sales. This allowed him to be surrounded with greatness and fueled his desire for education. Timothy's principles and strengths developed his growth to the top expectations. He was viewed as a "Young Gun" within the business community. Timothy's love for people and business leadership aided him in record setting expansion.
As Timothy pursued business and saw the development of different industries, he continued to see one consistency. That was an up and down roller coaster of emotional frustration. This controlled the heart and structure of every business he was involved with or researched. This “rollercoaster” as Timothy calls it, had a direct correlation on the company productivity levels and employee development.

Timothy comes from the typical family with two parents, two brothers and a dog. He wasn't beaten or molested. Never was his story so bad that he would be able to compete for the most negative life award. He is not a Log House Abe Lincoln, a poverty stricken Mother Theresa or a war beaten POW. Timothy comes from a blue collared middle of the road family. Timothy developed a severe speech impediment at the age of three, was told he would never compete in physical athletics at the age of twelve and laughed at whenever he spoke of his dreams and future.
What Timothy does today is stand true with an undeniable love for people and an unwavering desire to help everybody that he possibly can! He comes to people with heart and a mind ready to work.
